When you join the Program

Program Partners receive the following benefits immediately upon joining the program:

• You may refer to yourself as an Objectworld Connect™ Program Partner and employ the Objectworld Connect™ Partner logo.
• You may use the Objectworld Connect™ Partner logo and Objectworld's corporate trademarks and logos according to Objectworld guidelines.
• Objectworld lists program partners in its promotional literature and on its web site.
• Objectworld provides a not-for-resale copy of Objectworld UC Server.
• You receive one free seat in Objectworld's UC Server Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance training course at Objectworld's location in Ottawa, Canada.
• Objectworld assigns a member of its System Engineering Group to work with you to achieve the interoperability Marks.
• Objectworld assigns a business development manager to work with you to develop joint marketing initiatives.
• You are granted access to Objectworld's Online Resource Center, which includes software updates, integration notes, technical bulletins, release notices, FAQs, application notes, service templates, and training material.
• You receive copies of Objectworld's interoperability Test Plan and interoperability requirements for your products.

When the Interoperability Marks are Awarded

Program Partners receive the following benefits when at least one Partner Product is awarded an Interoperability Mark under the Program.

Use of the Interoperability Marks
When one or more Partner Products currently hold the Objectworld Connect™ Interoperability Mark, program partners are entitled to:

• refer to these interoperable products as:
• holding the Objectworld Connect™ Interoperability Mark"
• having been awarded with the Objectworld Connect™ Interoperability Mark"
• Objectworld Connect™ Certified"
• Objectworld Connect™ Interoperable"
• employ the Objectworld Connect™ Interoperability Mark in conjunction with these products.

When one or more Partner Products currently hold the Objectworld Connect PLUS™ Interoperability Mark, program partners are entitled to:

• refer to themselves as an Objectworld Connect PLUS™ Program Partner and employ the Objectworld Connect PLUS™ Partner logo.
• refer to these interoperable products as:
  • holding the Objectworld Connect PLUS™ Interoperability Mark"
  • having been awarded with the Objectworld Connect PLUS™ Interoperability Mark"
  • Objectworld Connect PLUS™ Certified"
  • Objectworld Connect PLUS™ Interoperable"
• employ the Objectworld Connect PLUS™ Interoperability Mark in conjunction with these products.

Technical Support
Objectworld provides the following technical support services when a Partner Product holds an Interoperability Mark:

• Objectworld provides second-line support services for the Partner Product to Objectworld Technical Professionals (OTPs) under its product warranty and Software Protection Program (SPP).
• Objectworld provides access to Objectworld's second-line support services to Program Partner staff that hold OTP status under the Objectworld Certification Program.
• Objectworld will expend reasonable commercial effort to work with Program Partners to identify and resolve interoperability defects that are identified between Objectworld products and partner products that have been awarded Interoperability Marks.

Objectworld Documentation
When a partner product is awarded an Objectworld Interoperability Mark, Objectworld produces, and makes available in Objectworld's Online Resource Center, the following documentation associated with the product:

• an Interoperability Report that summarizes the interoperability tests conducted under the Program, and the feature set supported and features not supported by Objectworld's products in association with the tested product.
• an Integration Note that details how to connect and configure the partner product to interoperate with Objectworld products.
• a User Guide for telephones and other end user devices that details how to use the partner product when operating with an Objectworld product.

Common Sales Channels
Partner's authorized resellers are eligible to apply to Objectworld's Authorized Reseller Program. If accepted, such resellers are eligible to resell Objectworld products in conjunction with partner products that hold Objectworld's Interoperability Marks. Acceptance enables program partner resellers to purchase Objectworld products and services for resale from an authorized Objectworld Distributor. Acceptance is subject to the terms and conditions of Objectworld's Authorized Reseller Program.

Marketing
Objectworld provides the following marketing activities with respect to program partners and partner products that obtain the Interoperability Marks.

• Objectworld lists partner products that obtain Interoperability Marks in its promotional literature and on its web site.
• Objectworld co-operates with partners in joint marketing collateral and joint marketing programs.
• Objectworld features partner products in its online webinars and trade show demonstrations.
