Support - Program Details

The Objectworld™ Software Protection Program is designed to protect an Objectworld Customer’s long term investment in an Objectworld software product, through a combination of comprehensive Second Line technical support services, software updates, and discounted software upgrades.

Customers can access the Second Line support services offered by Objectworld under an SPP subscription without additional charges by employing the services of any Objectworld Technical Professional (OTP) that holds the appropriate accreditations to support their Objectworld system. OTPs are capable of providing quality design, implementation, configuration, and First Line support services for Objectworld products. The use of OTPs ensures that Customers receive quality services for the installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of their Objectworld software-based systems.

Objectworld recommends that:

  • Customers retain the services of an Objectworld Technical Professional (OTP) that holds the appropriate accreditations to initially install and configure their Objectworld system.
  • Only OTPs with appropriate credentials be employed to provide First Line support services for Objectworld systems.
  • Only OTPs that are regularly providing First Line support services for a Customer system, access Objectworld Second Line support services on behalf of the Customer.

Objectworld reserves the right to charge the Customer additional fees at Objectworld’s current rates for Professional Services if a customer-designated technician who does not hold appropriate Objectworld Certification Program accreditations requests Second Line support services.
